Bishop Murphy focuses on the significance and meaning of the empty tomb in his Easter Vigil homily delivered at St. Ann’s Cathedral in Great Falls, MT. He believes the empty tomb signifies full life. In conclusion, Bishop Murphy said, “The Easter challenge is to live Easter each day. We do that best in Eucharist where we are nourished by the life which Jesus shares with us. Yes, after our long journey of Lent, we stand before an empty tomb! Yet, that empty tomb means full life. May we live this life to the fullest.”
